This semester:
The placement
test will take place from 12:00 until 14:00 on 13th October (the test on 8th.
was postponed because of the thphoon.) .
On-line
registration for the placement is necessary.
The test will
take for about 30 minutes.
O-okayama Campus:
Suzukakedai
Campus: G1-116 room
(There might be
some change: check the site beforehand.)
If you cannot
take the placement test on the days indicated, contact HOKO coordinator:

(Don’t forget: 15th is a virtual Monday)
Students can
obtain credit from Japanese classes IF you:
1) successfully complete
class whose name starts with “Jp”.
(you can obtain
a certificate, not credit, from the other classes)
2) register
yourself for the class through our on-line system AND
3) register
yourself for the class also with the Student Affair Division (= kyomuka).
4) register
yourself for the class appropriate to your proficiency level.

秋学期では：
８日のプレースメントテストは台風(typhoon)のため、延期(postpone)されました。プレースメントテストは１０月13日
１２時から１４時までの間に行われます。テストは約３０分で終わります。
テストを受ける人はオンライン登録をしてください。

すずかけ台キャンパス：G1-116
（変更される場合があります。事前にサイトをチェックして下さい）
上記の日時にプレースメントテストを受けることができない場合、補講の担当者に連絡して下さい。

補講は１０月１４日（水）から始まります。
（１５日（木）には月曜の授業があります）
国際大学インコースの学生で、下記の条件をすべて満たした学生は日本語クラスの単位を修得することができます：
１）クラス名が "Jp"で始まるクラスを履修し、合格すること
（ほかのクラスを履修した場合は単位の修得はありませんが、
修了証書を発行してもらうことができます）
２）オンラインでクラス登録すること
３）教務課にも履修届を出すこと（オンライン登録含む）
４）自分のレベルにあったクラスを履修すること

・10月15日（木）開講するクラス (木曜日ですが、大学のカレンダーにそって、月曜日の授業が行なわれます。)

○If you come to HOKO for the first time, you need to take the placement test (unless you have passed JPT test: see HP). Otherwise you can register for class one level higher than the course you have passed in the previous semester. ○補講を初めて受講する場合、プレースメントテストを受ける必要があります（ただし、日本語能力試験に合格している場合はプレースメントテストを受ける必要ありません。詳細はHPを参照して下さい）。 その他の学生は前の学期に合格したクラスのすぐ上のレベルのクラスに登録することができます。 |
○You must take a final exam to complete your course on the official exam day your teacher indicate unless you can prove you have a good reason to miss it. ○正当な理由があって期末試験が受けられない場合を除き、 コースを修了するには担当教員が指定した日に期末試験を受ける必要があります。 |

○You are supposed to attend at least 70% of the whole course. (No credit under 60%. Massive score reduction if between 60%〜70%.) ○出席率は少なとも７０％必要です。 （出席率が６０％以下の場合は不合格になります。６０％から７０％の間の場合、評価が大きく減点されます） |
