For the purpose of promoting friendship among international and Japanese students, the third Tokyo Tech Sports Festival will be held on December 13th (Saturday.) at the gymnasium and ground of O-okayama campus. We are looking forward to your participation!

1.     Date and Time
December 13th (Saturday) 2008, 9:00 ~ 17:00 (Please register by December 9th) 

2.     Venue
Gymnasium and ground of O-okayama campus

Note: Indoor shoes, drinking and eating are not allowed in Gymnasium

3.     Items of competition

- Futsal 5 people (one team is up to 8 members)

- Basketball 3 people (one team is up to 5 members)

- Badminton

- Tabletennis

4.     Tentative Program

9:00 – 9:30: Registration

9:30 – 10:00: Opening ceremony

10:00 – 12:30: Game

12:30 – 13:00 Lunch break

13:00 – 17:00: Game

17:00~: Cleaning, Awarding ceremony.

5.  Registration

This event is open to all students/researchers/staffs that are studying/working in Tokyo Institute of Technology.
For Basketball or Futsal, please use this registration form.
For Badminton or Tabletennis, please use
this registration form.
And send this form to
tisa.sportsfestival@gmail.com before December 9th.
Send all the players’ full name so that we can register the insurance. If not, we will take no responsibility for your injury.The subject of registration email should in the below format:

<Subject>: Name of item competition – [Team Name – for futsal and basketball] [Individual name(s) – for badminton and table tennis]

Example: “Futsal – TISA team” or “Badminton (Men double) – Tokodai Taro and Ookayama Yuki”

200yen/player.
