Information on One-night Home Stay Program
一泊二日ホームステイプログラムのお知らせ
For Tokyo Tech international students and researchers, ISC (Int’l Student Center) organizes one night home stay program in collaboration with the Hippo Family Club.
Home stay guidance will be held from 10:30-12:00 on September 29 (Tue.), and the actual one-night home stay will be held from November 14 (Sat.) to 15 (Sun.) in Tokyo, Kawasaki and Yokohama Area. For details, please read the information pasted below.
Those who would like to apply for this one-night home stay are requested to send the Application Form (Please download here and fill in the necessary items) and your photo (snap shot is OK), by September 18 to the reception of ISC or to the following e-mail address: homestay#ryu.titech.ac.jp (When you send an e-mail, please change # to @ )
Up to 15 applicants will be accepted in the order of application arrival.
東工大の留学生、外国人研究者を対象に、留学生センターでは、ヒッポファミリークラブとの共催で、一泊二日のホームステイプログラムを開催します。
ホームステイ・ガイダンスは9月29日(火)午後10時30分〜12時00分に、また実際のホームステイは、11月14日（土）〜11月15日（日）に東京、川崎、横浜地区で行われます。詳しい情報については、下記をご覧ください。
申請は、申請書（ここをクリックしてダウンロードの上、必要事項をご記入下さい）及びあなたの写真を9月18日までに、留学生センター受付か、下記のメールアドレスにご送付ください。homestay#ryu.titech.ac.jp （メール送信時には＃を＠に変えてください）先着15名まで受け付けます。
1. Guidance for One-night Home Stay will be held from 10:30-12:000 on September 29 (Tue.), at E1001, 10th floor of the West Bldg.8 E of O-okayama campus. (As for the location of the West Bldg.8 E, click the following URL and see No.24.)

Content: Brief guidance on one night home stay program by Hippo Family Club and introduction of home stay experience by host families and international students.
2. One night Home Stay will be held from November 14 (Sat.) to 15 (Sun.) in Tokyo, Kawasaki and Yokohama Area. From 13:00 on November 14 (Sat.), a joint meeting of Tokyo Tech students/researchers and host families will be held at room 118 on the 1st floor of the West Bldg. 1 (Int’l Student Center) on the O-okayama campus.(As for the location of the West Bldg.1, click the above URL and see No.17.) After the joint meeting, you will go to the house of the host family and stay with them until the next day (Sunday). If you have any schedule on Sunday, please inform it to the host family in advance since they might have made some plan for you.
3. Qualification: International students and researchers of Tokyo Tech can apply for this program, except for those who had already experienced one night home stay by Hippo Family Club. Up to 15 applicants will be accepted in the order of application arrival.

1．ホームステイ・ガイダンス：9月29日(火)午後10時30分〜12時00分に、大岡山キャンパス西8号館10階E1001会議室で開催します。（西8号館は、下記のURLの地図をクリックして24番です。）

主な内容：ヒッポファミリークラブによる1泊ホームステイの概要とホスト家族・留学生によるホームステイ体験の紹介。
2.一泊二日ホームステイ交流：11月14日（土）〜11月15日（日）に東京、川崎、横浜で実施します。11月14日（土）午後1時より、大岡山キャンパス西1号館（留学生センター）118号室でホストファミリーとの対面式を開催します。対面式の後、ホストファミリーの家に行き、次の日（日曜日）まで滞在します。もし、日曜に何か予定がある場合には、事前にホストファミリーに連絡するようにお願いします（ホストファミリーがあなたのために計画を立てる場合があるため）。
3.募集対象：対象は東工大の留学生、外国人研究者ですが、既にヒッポファミリークラブによるホームステイを体験した人は対象外となります。先着15名まで受け付けます。
