Information on One-night Home Stay Program
一泊二日ホームステイプログラムのお知らせ
For Tokyo Tech international students and researchers, ISC (Int’l Student Center) organizes one night home stay program in collaboration with the Hippo Family Club.
Home stay guidance will be held from 10:30-12:00 on March 6 (Fri.), and the actual one-night home stay will be held from April 4 (Sat.) to 5 (Sun.) in Tokyo, Kawasaki and Yokohama Area. For details, please read the information pasted below.
Those who would like to apply for this one-night home stay are requested to send the Application Form (Please download here and fill in the necessary items) and your photo (snap shot is OK), by Feb. 28 (Sat.) to the reception of ISC or to the following e-mail address: homestay#ryu.titech.ac.jp (when you send e-mail, please substitute @ to #)
Up to 15 applicants will be accepted in the order of application arrival.
東工大の留学生、外国人研究者を対象に、留学生センターでは、ヒッポファミリークラブとの共催で、一泊二日のホームステイプログラムを開催します。
ホームステイ・ガイダンスは 3月 6日(金) に、また実際のホームステイは、4月4日（土）〜4月5日（日）に東京、川崎、横浜地区で行われます。詳しい情報については、下記をご覧ください。
申請は、申請書（ここをクリックしてダウンロードの上、必要事項をご記入下さい）及びあなたの写真を2月28日（土）までに、留学生センター受付か、下記のメールアドレスにご送付ください。homestay#ryu.titech.ac.jp (メール送信の際は、＃を＠に変えて下さい)
先着15名まで受け付けます。
1. Guidance for One-night Home Stay will be held from 10:30 am to 12:00 am on March 6 (Fri.), at Room 118 (Lounge) on the 1st floor of the West Bldg. 1 (Int’l Student Center) on the O-okayama campus. (As for the location of the West Bldg.1, click the above URL and see No.17.)

Content: Brief guidance on one night home stay program by Hippo Family Club and introduction of home stay experience by host families and international students.
2. One night Home Stay will be held from April 4 (Sat.) to 5 (Sun.) in Tokyo, Kawasaki and Yokohama Area. From 1:00 pm on April 4 (Sat.), a joint meeting of Tokyo Tech students/researchers and host families will be held at Room 118 (Lounge) on the 1st floor of the West Bldg. 1 (Int’l Student Center) on the O-okayama campus (the same place where the home stay guidance will be held). After the joint meeting, you will go to the house of the host family and stay with them until the next day (Sunday). If you have any schedule on Sunday, please inform it to the host family in advance since they might have some plan for you. From 12:00 to 14:00 on April 5 (Sun.), we will hold a joint picnic party under the cherry trees in front of the Main Bldg. of O-okayama campus.
3. Qualification: International students and researchers of Tokyo Tech can apply except for those who had already experienced one night home stay by Hippo Family Club. Up to 15 applicants will be accepted in the order of application arrival.

1．ホームステイ・ガイダンス：3月6日(金)午前10時半〜12時に、大岡山キャンパス西1号館（留学生センター）118号室（ラウンジ）で開催します。主な内容：ヒッポファミリークラブによる一泊ホームステイの概要とホスト家族・留学生によるホームステイ体験の紹介
2.一泊二日ホームステイ交流：4月4日（土）〜4月5日（日）に東京、川崎、横浜で実施します。4月4日（土）午後1時より、ホストファミリーとの対面式を大岡山キャンパス西1号館（留学生センター）118号室（ラウンジ）で開催します。対面式の後、ホストファミリーの家に行き、次の日（日曜日）まで滞在します。もし、日曜に他に何か予定がある場合には、事前にホストファミリーに連絡するようにお願いします（ホストファミリーが受入れ学生のために計画を立てる場合があるため）。4月5日（日）12時〜14時に、大岡山本館前の桜の木の下で、合同のお花見パーティが開かれる予定です。
3.募集対象：対象は東工大の留学生、外国人研究者ですが、既にヒッポファミリークラブによるホームステイを体験した人は対象外となります。先着15名まで。
