1. Prevent Illness by Healthy Daily Habits
You can prevent most illness by making an effort to have a healthy daily life. Diet, exercise, and rest are the main aspects of a healthy life.
2. Healthy Eating Habits
Three meals a day are important for getting good nutrition and physical resistance against illness. If you maintain an unbalanced diet, problems such as anemia, dizziness, and weak physical resistance against illnesses such as colds will arise. The following are the suggestions to keep in mind.
3. Importance of Regular Exercise
Try to do some exercises daily. It will help you develop physical strength and prevent from illness. It will also help you release stress and feel refreshed. Walking and jumping rope are simple exercises you can do anytime and anywhere by yourself.
4. Get Enough Rest
Relieving fatigue from your body and mind will help you relax and feel less stressed. Try not to get by on only a little sleep.

It is important to maintain a healthy mind as well as body. Mental problems can contribute directly to uncomfortable physical conditions. It is important to control and deal successfully with various stresses to keep a healthy mind. Doing your favorite activities such as exercises or chatting with your friends will help you feel refreshed. Worrying alone is the worst thing to do for your health.
Keep an eye on your mental condition and if necessary try to talk to a professional. Consultation about mental health or counseling are available in the International Student Center (ISC).
